Get Sales Metrics

Overview

The Sales Metrics module is built to give an overview into real daily profitability, as well as providing daily and monthly eBay sales report CSVs automatically. When ran, the module will grab the previous days sales numbers, fees, refunds, claims, disputes, and total COGs, and calculate the profit you made on the day. The module gets sales, fees, refunds, claims, and disputes directly from the eBay report attached to your discord embed, and it gets COGs by checking your Amazon orders manually.

When ran on the first of any month in addition to daily sales metrics it will also grab last months sales metrics.

Configuration

If you'd like your sales metrics to be logged to Google Sheets you'll have to take two quick steps.

• First, share the spreadsheet you want to use with the following email, and ensure it has editor permissions:

  [e-mail]

• Second, grab the spreadsheet ID from the link of the spreadsheet and add it to the 'General' section of the Config window. The image below shows what part of the link is the Spreadsheet ID.

That's all! AP Buddy will now log all sales metrics to Google Sheets. Feel free to add headers to your sheet and move rows/data around. AP Buddy simply looks for the next empty row and uses that to log your sales data.
